Refund policy

This policy complies with current legislation in Spain and the European Union, as well as the logistical specifics of our store, which operates with Shopify, Syncee AI Dropship, and DropeA.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

All customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any reason.

To initiate the process, an email must be sent to:

The customer will receive the relevant instructions, including:

  • Return address

  • Deadlines

  • Required documentation

  • Associated costs depending on the supplier


2. General conditions for accepting returns

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in perfect condition and unused.

  • It must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and labels.

  • The original packaging must be in suitable condition.

  • Any damage resulting from insufficient packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.

If the item does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected.


3. Differences between DropeA and Syncee returns

A) DropeA products (national warehouse, 24–48h delivery)

✔ Fast and simple return process within national territory.
✔ Cash on delivery is accepted, but refunds will be made via bank transfer.
✔ Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Exceptions:
❌ Hygiene, beauty, cosmetic, or wellness products without seal or opened.
❌ Opened pet food and supplements.
❌ Used or handled products.


B) Syncee AI Dropship products (international)

Syncee products have special conditions:

  • The customer must return the product to the international supplier’s address, which will be provided by email.

  • Return shipping costs to the country of origin are borne by the customer.

  • The refund is issued only once the supplier confirms receipt and condition of the product.

  • Some suppliers may apply inspections or holds if the packaging or condition is not correct.

Additional Syncee exceptions:
❌ Opened cosmetics, hygiene, health, or wellness products.
❌ Underwear, swimwear, and certain accessories (depending on the supplier).
❌ Products without original packaging.


4. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos or videos of the defect are required.

  • We will handle the issue directly with DropeA or the Syncee supplier.

In these cases, the customer may choose:

✔ Free replacement
✔ Full refund
✔ Alternative product of equal value


5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days, once:

  • The product has been received (DropeA), or

  • Receipt has been confirmed by the international supplier (Syncee).

Refund methods:

  • Card payments: refunded to the same payment method.

  • Cash on delivery: refunded via bank transfer.

In no case will the following be refunded:

  • Additional cash-on-delivery fees (when applicable).

  • Return shipping costs borne by the customer.
